Balmyard is a creative platform inspired by the Black experience, and the tools of existence and resistance that Black people have created to live and thrive in the world.
Balmyard desires to embrace deep engagement and make room for encounters - such as conversations, performances, exhibitions and other gatherings - that contemplate our future and wrestle with important questions about what it means to be black and human in our current time.
